I'm 15 and I'm in debt? Can creditors do this?

Q. Okay so I think in December 2012 or after February 2013 I ordered a dinnerware set from Fingerhut online. (It was a gift for my mothers birthday) Now, I was going to purchase it in full but I couldn't afford it as it was almost 200 dollars, so I tried it another way using the credit option. I got the set and then realized how credit works. It was a really stupid mistake and I obviously can't undo it.

FASTFORWARD: I keep getting calls and mail regarding the account and that I should pay the 260+ dollars including interest. Can they do this? I'm only 15 and I don't know how I'm supposed to pay that off. Can my parents get it waived or SOMETHING? I don't want this following me around until college.

The contract is void since you are a minor. But if you used your parents card, the company can take legal action against your parents for the debt.

it looks good/a little over the top for starting out...

much of this can be gotten in thrift shops..dont overlook

going there......save a bundle

only one set of sheets? no pillows? comforter/blankets?

how many towels...kitchen towels/dish rags?
