An Aunt-in-law wants us to pick out crystal or china for our wedding gift...?

but I don't know much about either one of those things. She said she wants to get us something nice for us to remember her by, which is so nice.
We looked at Bed, Bath, and Beyond but didn't see any china patterns that we really liked. Where else can we look to find something that we like?

Thanks in advance for any help. I'm just really inept at decorating or anything girly!!!
I inherited my grandmother's china, so I guess we don't really need that. As for crystal, I wouldn't mind it but don't know anything about it. I just don't want to be rude or hurt her feelings.
We got married on 5/10/08 but she asked us after the fact. So registering for the rest of the set isn't an option.

I am a firm believer that if you choose the items, they will match in a way that reflects you. You chose the flatware. Trust your decision for the dishes.

If you do crystal, stay away from overly ornate patterns (again, I am pulling from your flatware choice). Either no etching at all, or something geometric like this:
