Planning A Wedding For a school project.........help finding things?

We have a $5,000 budget and we have to be within a $200 range buy time the thing is complete. So far I have found a wedding dress, shoes, ivitations and menu cards. I am having trouble finding a few specific things such as the plates for people to eat on I need to find sets for cheap and I cant find a white suit online. I also want it to be on the beach but I dont know where to look to find out how to reserve it. I have searched alot of these things but I dont think I'm searching the right keyword. I have tried several Ideas and Variation of things but I cant think of anymore.

I Need the Following any helps hints advice or if you can give me a link to any of them would be most appriciated:

Menu-Foods Drinks && Stuff
Dinnerware- Plates, glasses, napkins, ect....
Photographer
Location
Decorations
DJ
Flowers

Please help me Im having alot of trouble with this and i have alot of other homework to do as well......

Does it matter how many guests you're having? There area lot of resorts that do all inclusive wedding packages. Search Sandals resorts, all inclusive beach weddings, etc.

$5K Budget Wedding Help! (20PTS for Best Answer)?

My fiance and I are planning a wedding for Saturday, March 19, 2011.

We have about $30K in our savings account but only want to spend no more than $5K on our wedding since we plan to buy a house shortly after and feeling that much of our savings will be better invested in a home.

Here are the things that are set in stone already:
the date, saturday march 19, 2011

the reception is being help at our gun club that we belong to, it had a hall big enough to hold 170 people and enough room for a dance floor and a small stage for a DJ. There is also a full size kitchen for food preperation, best of all the hall is FREE! We will however had to rent chairs, tables are already there!

I do NOT want a potluck dinner, just my personal feelings, however I do plan on having a buffet.

There will be 4 people in our bridal party

The cake is already taken care of, thankfully I have an aunt who is a wonderful wedding cake designer and said she would make our cake as our gift.

We have 140 people invited but are expecting around 120 to attend.

Here are the things I still need:

Invitations ( I saw invite kits at walmart that you printed yourself at home for $19 for 25, wondering if there are a good idea, I want something that looks nice)
Favors, I want them
Food/Drinks/Dinnerware
DJ
Attire for our selves and wedding party (traditional attire)
Ring for him (my engagement ring came as a bridal set)
and anything else that I am forgetting feel free to throw out there

How do I pull this off w/ $5K

Congrats! I live in Cincy and my wedding is in September. Love the gun club:) We are doing our whole wedding for $6K through Celebrations Riverboats. They include food and bar. I did some research before when I thought it was going to be different though and these are some things I found:

Favors - mom and I are making cookies and decorating them. 2 per bag. with bow.
Catering - Jeannettes's Delicacies - jeannettescatering.com has great deal that includes diningware, table settings, and colors. Funky's Catering is reasonable for buffet
DJ - check out craigslist
Attire - Davids Bridal is the cheapest way to go and they work with Mens Wearhouse
Rings - since it is just his, shop online :) many under $100
Flowers - Sam's Club (if you don't have a card someone you know probably does)
Decorations - Hobby Lobby is great for random things
Invitations - sign up with Michaels craft store online. you get 40 - 50% off coupons. they have great looking DIY invitations that you can get for a good price. I'm guessing they are better looking than walmarts.
Chairs - Camargo Rentals
