What should i make for my grandparents wedding aniversary?

Okay so, every year on febuary the second my brother and I make dinner for our gma and gpa. This year its going to be Italian. We always make a lovely three to four course dinner and set the table up with china and candles and such. And we pretend to be their waiters, does anyone know an Italian (three course) dinner I copuld make? Including the dessert?


Answer
Anti pasta salad.

Lasagna with garlic bread.

Taramasu for dessert.

Oh, and a Chanti red wine.

I bought Pork Loins for dinner tomorrow night. Can you help me with a recipe/meal plan?

I would like to cook dinner for my fiancee and her daughter.The pork loind are beautiful, thick and boneless.What wiould be some complimentary side dishes and what is the best way to prepare the meat?


Answer
Rinse the pork loins in cool water and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub them with dried Rosemary and fresh black pepper. Sear on all sides in hot oiled skillet. Remove and place in crockpot and cook on low setting for 4-6 hours (great to do while you're at work) with 1/2 cup water.

Sides:

Moroccan Cheddar Couscous
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 cup couscous, uncooked
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add broth; heat to a boil. Stir in couscous; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until broth is absorbed. Fluff couscous mixture with a fork. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cilantro.


GREEK SALAD
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tomatoes, seeded and cut into chunks
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
1/2 pound feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1/3 cup Italian dressing

Salt and pepper the tomatoes, onion and cucumber. In large bowl, toss tomatoes, onion, cucumber, cheese, olives and lettuce with dressing and serve.


Dessert:

Creamy Lemon Pie
1-3/4 cups cold milk
juice from 2 lemons, strained
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 package instant lemon pudding
1 small box lemon jello (do not add water..just add the powdered jello)
1 8-oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crust

Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and jello. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Add lemon juice; beat an additional minute or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
