How to put together a dinner set?

I've been thinking about putting together a formal dinner set, including the plates, glasses, silverware, and serveware. I already have a set of gold-plated flatware. I have been looking at Royal Albert's set of Old Country Roses dinnerware and Waterford's crystal drinking glasses. Can anyone give me some advice for how to put together a dinner set and how I should choose my pieces?

Try Amazon.com. Type in "black dinnerware". Or try any place that sells "Fiestaware" or "Fiesta" style dinner sets. A couple of different companies make plain black sets. That's casual dining, though. If you're looking for fine china or more formal dinnerware, then you could check Mikasa's website, but I don't know who else might have one. Good luck with your search.
