I know this is probably a dumb question, but I've just recently gotten a Treo 650 and am using the built in PIM applications for the first time. I'm trying to get organized for the the first time in my life, and want to know what kind of entries should be marked as "to-do" and what should be entered as an "appointment".
Answer
An appointment has a set time and date, for example, you're meeting your friend at 6 on thursday for dinner
a to-do is not bound to a specific time...but is something you would like to get done soon, for example, grocery shopping and cleaning the house

I have tons of brushes for Illustrator & Photoshop CS4. Are there any visual apps to keep them organized?

I would like to be able to use it to view them without having to load each brush set to see what they are. So basically either a plug in or an external app that will organize them.
Answer
Here's one that I'm going to order after dinner tonight:

I like the idea that I can send one or two brushes (even from different sets) to the application without loading the whole set and that I can collect brushes that I use often and that are from different sets and make a new set with them - they'll all be in one place for a change.
Another good brush organizer/viewer (and free) is
http://abrviewer.sourceforge.net/
And there's a newer one (also free):
