I'm in the process of renovating my kitchen and want a dinner set (4 place settings) to match my wallpaper, is there any place online where I can send them a sample of my wallpaper and have it printed onto the plates? I've seen lots of places doing photo mugs but no luck with finding one that does plates yet :(

Hi Emma,
Mugs are pretty standard and easy to imprint so they are readily available. Plates vary so much in color, size and shape that it would be almost impossible to stock them in a way that would make sense for the business. That said, you do have a few options available to you. If you are looking to have the pattern done in black on the ceramic (I assume the plates are ceramic) a laser engraving shop can do this for you by permanently marking the plates. They can also etch the pattern into ceramic or stoneware plated and the color of the engraving will be whatever color the base material of the plate is made from, usually light gray. If you are looking for color imprinting this is done via Sublimation. You can Google: custom sublimation and find a number of shops offering this service. Plates get a lot of wear and tear from utensils so I am not positive that the sublimation will hold up, but I think it will. People don't take metal utensils to the sides of an imprinted mug so I know sublimation works great for this. If you have any questions about any of the above, or need a referral, please let me know.

Where can I find a site dedicated to zebra housewares? All things zebra?
Q. I have always been obsessed with zebra print and everything zebra! I wonder if there is a site I can purchase everything zebra. Also I'm getting a puppy soon a small dog and wonder if there is zebra dog items I can find....

You want your dog to look like a zebra?? Maybe you should just get a zebra instead. I would consider just sticking to Halloween for that. If you've search for sites with all things zebra and haven't found one, there probably isn't such a thing. Be more specific in your search and you will find specific types of items with a zebra print. I bought some wonderful zebra print dinnerware. Be careful with obsessions for things not important in general. You can get REAL sick of whatever it is REAL fast, and make those around you even more sick of it.
