Picture quality - Comcast vs Dish Network in Eagan, MN?

Does anyone have experience or an opinion as to which service has the best picture quality? Thanks for any response!

If you are interested in picture quality, than satellite TV has better picture quality than cable TV. You just have to set up dish correctly.

Dish Network offers most satellite channels for the least amount of money, most international channels, great choice of pay per view movies, the biggest variety of programming, the most commercial free music channels, etc. Installation is free with every order.

The downside of satellite TV is that picture quality may suffer due to some weather changes (like intensive snow), but nevertheless, in my opinion, satellite TV is a great choice.

Are dish network charges and sudden-link charges set charges? like i know electricity varies on how often or how much a person uses, but internet and dish aren't that way right. its more of a set plan and that's what you get. right?

Some customers qualify for discounts for the first 6 months and 12 months, after the credits run-off their bill will go to the regular price unless they order movies, change their programming, or add equipment.
